You can return your ATsense items for free and get a full refund during the trial period. Customers may
return a maximum of two items of the same product type. Read more about our Return Policy.
Print shipping labels
Log in to your account, or if you ordered
as a guest, click the order number in
your confirmation email, to view and
print your shipping label.
Prepare your package
Attach the return label to the outside of
the box. If you don't have the original
packaging, any sturdy box will do.
Ship it out
Drop your return package off at any UPS
location. Sit back and relax.
Holiday Return Policy
If you purchased item from 11/6 through 12/6, you have until January 6, 2021, to return the item.
